DEPHEMEREMBER - YOUR EPHEMERA INSPIRATION IN DECEMBER!
Dephemerember is a creative challenge in December, focusing on making ephemera for junk journals. That's also where the strange name "Dephemerember" comes from: it's a coined term from "December" and "ephemera".
This series is a collaboration with the wonderful Barbara @49dragonflies! From December 2nd to December 31st, 2024, we'll be showing you new ephemera ideas for your junk journal! Additionally, we have hidden plenty of freebies and goodies in our videos! And there's also a giveaway!

THE JOURNALS!
Barbara and I made journals for each other for this year's Dephemerember (even though you can of course participate WITHOUT a journal!!!).
Because there are some of you who always want to know the details, here are a few key facts about the journal I made for Barbara.
The pages are A4 folded in half, so in the finished journal, they are A5.
The journal has a total of 4 signatures, each with 5 folded sheets. Additionally, I included two smaller pages or something like envelopes per signature.
The space between the signatures is 1.5cm. The same goes for the space between the two cover parts and the first and last signature. This results in a spine width of 7.5cm.
I made the cover 0.5cm larger all around than the pages (not counting the fluff that resulted from my method of making the cover).
Each signature has two ephemera storage spots (such as pockets, tuck spots, belly bands, etc.).
